Many firsts!

Today I was Christmas shopping with Kyle and we decided to go into one of the Maternity cloth stores. I got my first pair of Maternity pants! I even used the fake bump LOL. Now I have no idea if these will fit down the road but we just found out we are going to the Philippines on our next assignment and it will be from Jan-May (aka 3-7 months!) so I just thought I would buy and hope! I'm not even close to needing them yet. My current pants I'm still wearing a belt with and they actually feel a little baggy, so I have some time in the current ones still...but I don't think finding my size maternity jeans in the Philippines is going to happen. LOL. Also I bought a cute little maternity top that looks like all the other tops in the stores now. Oh and I got some of those preggo pop things since I heard so much about them. Its funny now I actually want a little m/s so I can test them out! I bet I will get to tomorrow (we drive for 8 hours in a blizzard to Minneapolis).
My next first is.... I finally went into a Babies r Us. I had never been in one before! There were alot of cute things but I didn't buy anything, everything was so expensive. I guess I'm either a cheapy or I really really don't care what clothes my kids wear (sounds just like me huh?! hehe). Plus I know my mom and some other family members will go insane so they will do most of my shopping for me! HAHAHAHA Not to mention the tons of hand me downs in my future.
So there you have it...first time in a BRU, first pair of maternity jeans, and first maternity shirt I bought. It was a good day.
My next first is.....Cloth diapers! I know we are going to be using them so I have been buying a bunch of used ones in great condition and having them sent here. Well yesterday I got some of my packages! I got a few flats (old fashion ones) and some All in Ones (AIO) that are SO cute!!!!! Plus one awesome girl online sent me an entire Hypnobirthing Home Study kit!!! I'm so excited to start using that!!!!
And on a side note, we have decided NOT to tell family/friends while we are back for the holidays that we are preggers. I don't look even a little preggers-I have actually lost a bunch of weight since my family and friends have seen me. We are going to wait till my birthday when I am 14 weeks along. It could be interesting pulling this off! Wish me luck.

Great Cloth Diaper Hunt

Twice a year a huge group of WAHM get together and do a hunt. Your hunting for a little green diaper on their webpage. When you find this diaper you mark that you found it. Everyday they give prizes away to random people who found at least one that day, also how many you find can put you into drawings for other really cool packages. ITS ADICTIVE! Oh and when you sign up you get a discount code for GREAT diccounts on some of the stores....so if you have a little one on the way its a great way to buy some quality stuff that was home made. I also feel that with the economy doing what it is, its best to support the mom/pa stores because they are feeling this pinch more then the big department stores.

I Believe

One more day

I manage to avoid testing today. I'm worried I will run out of tests before we leave Thailand, we just found out today we have been extended till December!!!!! Normally we like to travel more but with such a great crew here and such a great location....we don't really want to rush out. I was made a co-host of the traveling mommies board so I have been a little more involved in that now. I am trying to pull together all of my travel blogs from all over the web and put them in just one location that I created..... http://roadwife.blogspot.com/
I making plans for this weekend and having a BBQ with all 5 of the crews here. I have started my 100 push ups program this week. I am getting back on track for eating and exercising. I am learning how to use my camera better. I did some online shopping....got a panasonic point and shoot camera (the exact one I lost in Bangkok), plus a waterproof case for it. Then I also got a new lens for my SLR camera and a cleaning kit. I am also organizing all our travel photos--which is quit a feet! I have been pretty busy so its making the wait to start TTC again go by much faster! I plan on doing a HPT again this Friday and seeing how that comes out....hope its negative!
