Time to take it easy (TMI warning).
I may have over did it on vacation. Tons of hiking and carrying/lifting luggage not to mention not drinking enough water. Last night I had TONS of discharge and I thought it was my mucus plug and lots of cramping to go with it. I, in my hormonal state, was just convinced I was having a loss and freaking out because of it. I remembered we had sex without a condom the night before...so in my crazy state it didn't occur to me that I wasn't losing my mucus plug, I was simply expelling left over baby batter. Yep I feel like an idiot! I drank tons of water which helped with the cramping..... I really need to get better about drinking! But I thought I would share (document) my crazy hormonal moment...because hey its fun to laugh at later :D
