Acupuncturist
Today I had my very first acupuncturist appointment at The Wahls of Wellness. I am literally doing EVERY thing I can think of to make this pregnancy as easy as it has been. So first it started off with a 90 min history....we go over EVERYTHING. And after that I had my first treatment. I had one needle in each wrist and both knees, and several in my head/feet/ears. My left wrist one gave me a little jolt but then was fine--it felt like I got bite by a mosquito and then I didn't feel anything once they were in. The treatment lasted about 40 min. and when done I found two needles they forgot to take out, it was funny because I had JUST got done asking her if she ever forgets them! LOL I also got to oils put on me also--I can still smell them and they are so relaxing. My main complaints today were back tension, pelvic pain, indigestion and bowel issues.....I really didn't expect much of anything from this. But I figured my insurance covered it so why not try. I was very pleasantly surprised that my pelvic pain was gone by the end of the session, I had a huge meal post treatment so my tummy was doing better, and I am happy to announced I pooped! LOL My back feels better-but they couldn't get the little bug to take its butt out of my ribs LOL. Little bug DID notice the treatment though---I don't know of any time that "he" has been so active! They offered to "tap" some induction areas but I declined for this week. I'm just enjoying being pregnant to much, maybe in two weeks.

sounds fab!!!!!!!!
I vote for the tapping of inducing areas...I am going to be too heavy by the time this is over, and my blood pressure will be dangerously high from sympathy pregnancy.
