Jet lag

I just noticed something....my temp dropped to the normal level again today....12 days after leaving Chicago. I have always been told the your body takes one day for every one hour time line you travel---well that put me perfectly at 12hrs ahead and 12days for my body's temp to regulate. Good to know!
